“南京市防汛调度自动化系统”总体规划审定会于1990年6月26目在南京水利水文自动化研究所(以下简称南京所)召开。参加会议的有省防办、市防办、五县四郊防办、南京市无委会、市人防以及南京所等共19个单位的代表。会议由市防汛指挥部办公室主持。省防办负责同志向会议表示祝贺。会议所取了市防办和南京所分别对“总体规划”的介绍。并分组进行了讨论。与会代表一致认为:“总体规划”的编制较完整、较系统、技术上较先

The participants agreed that: “master plan” more complete, more systematic, technically more
