本文报告了用小玻片培养法,在镜下观察变形链球菌7个血清型参考菌株粘附现象的自然状态。菌细胞粘附于玻片表面并集聚呈菌团,菌团可分为两个类型:一类较大且较疏松;一类较小且更致密浓厚。本文还对变形链球菌的粘附机制和d型菌株粘附菌团的特点作了讨论。
This article reports the observation of the natural state of adhesion of seven Streptococcus mutans reference serotypes by microscopic slide culture. Bacterial cells adhere to the surface of glass slides and aggregate into bacterial groups. Bacteria can be divided into two types: one is larger and looser; the other is smaller and more dense. This article also discusses the characteristics of the adhesion mechanism of Streptococcus mutans and the adhesion of bacterial strains to d-type strains.
