采用反相高效液相色谱法,对5%丙环唑·阿维菌素微乳剂中丙环唑和阿维菌素的含量同时进行测定.色谱柱条件如下:Kromasil C18反相柱;流动相为:V(甲醇):V(水)=90:10;柱温为室温;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为230nm.丙环唑和阿维菌素的线性相关系数为0.994 1,0.996 1,相对标准偏差分别为0.748%,1.69%,平均回收率分别为99.38%,99.54%.
The contents of propiconazole and abamectin in 5% propiconazole-avermectin microemulsion were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.The column conditions were as follows: Kromasil C18 reverse phase column; mobile phase As follows: V (methanol): V (water) = 90: 10, the column temperature was room temperature, the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.The linear correlation coefficients of propiconazole and abamectin were 0.994 and 1, 1, the relative standard deviations were 0.748% and 1.69%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.38% and 99.54% respectively.
