水是生命的源泉,是万物之本,是人类生存和社会进步不可缺少而又无法替代的自然资源,是人类最宝贵的财富。然而千百年来,人们在改造自然的过程中,却没有对这一宝贵财富的管理和保护加以重视,致使我国和地球上不少国家地区一样,出现了水资源危机。本文拟从该危机产生的原因、危害、对策等几个方面作一探讨。
Water is the source of life, the essence of all things, the indispensable and irreplaceable natural resource for human survival and social progress, and the most precious treasure of mankind. However, for thousands of years, people have not paid much attention to the management and protection of this precious wealth during the process of transforming nature. As a result, China has witnessed a water crisis like many other countries on Earth. This article intends to discuss the causes, harms and countermeasures of the crisis.
