我们洮安县(今年改为市)位于吉林省西部,那里风沙大、碱地多,自然条件较差,工业基础薄弱。1981至1983年,财政连年赤字,赤字最高年份达267万元,是全省比较贫困的县份之一。1984年以来,县财政局依靠县委、县政府和上级主管部门的领导,坚持两个文明一起抓,强化改革意识,在培植财源上下功夫。1984年甩掉了县财政赤字帽子,当年结余132万元,到1986年累计净结余511万元。近几年,我局多次被省、地、县评为思想政治工作、财政业务工作的先进单位:局党支部连续三年被
We Qiong County (this year to the city) is located in the western part of Jilin Province, where blown sand, alkali and more, poor natural conditions, weak industrial base.
