分析了增加阻振质量后振动波沿管道的传递损失公式。建立实验模型,测试分析了管壁受外力激励时输液管道安装单个和两个阻振质量时振动波传递的损失情况。结果表明,阻振质量对振动波的传递在中高频段有着很好的阻抑作用;阻振质量环的半径越大,减振效果越好;两个阻振质量的间距对减振效果有较大的影响。研究结果对于输液管道系统的减振降噪有一定的参考价值。
The transmission loss formula of vibration wave along the pipeline after increasing the mass of the vibration-damping is analyzed. The experimental model was set up and the loss of vibration wave transmission when single and two vibration-damping masses were installed on the pipe when the pipe wall was driven by external force was tested and analyzed. The results show that the quality of the vibration damping has a good damping effect on the transmission of vibrational waves in the middle and high frequency range.
