湖南省工业结构呈现出产业结构比例的重型化、产业结构层次的低端化等特征。通过采用企业科技活动人员、当年科技活动经费支出总额、企业单位数、工业总产值等14个指标构建湖南省工业产业选择指标体系,运用因子分析法对湖南省工业结构的实证分析表明:科技创新能力、经济效益和产业规模是影响产业综合竞争力的主要因素,且湖南省大部分工业产业科技创新能力不强、投入产出效益有待提高、规模需要扩大、整体竞争力有待提升,需要有针对性地采取调整优化措施。
Hunan’s industrial structure shows a heavy ratio of industrial structure and a low-end industrial structure. The index system of industrial production in Hunan Province was established through the use of 14 indicators of enterprises’ scientific and technological activities, the total expenditures for science and technology activities, the number of enterprises and the total industrial output value. The empirical analysis of Hunan’s industrial structure by factor analysis showed that: Capacity, economic benefits and industrial scale are the major factors affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry. Most industrial industries in Hunan Province are not strong in scientific and technological innovation, the input-output benefits need to be improved, the scale needs to be expanded, and the overall competitiveness needs to be improved. Taken to adjust the optimization measures.
