我院于84年推行了目标管理,95年,我院作为四川省目标管理责任单位纳入了四川省政府目标管理体系。纳入四川省政府目标管理体系3年来,大体可分为两个发展阶段。第一年为第一个阶段,即并轨、改进阶段。这一阶段首先是强化对目标管理的认识,并借鉴一些单位成功的目标管理经验,在院内全面推行目标管理,取得了较大的成效。第二、三年为第二阶段,即发展、规范阶段。这一阶段的特点:一是目标意识已在院内各级领导、职工中深入,并形成一种工作
Our hospital implemented the target management in 84 years. In 1995, our institute was included as the target management responsibility unit of Sichuan Province into the Sichuan provincial government target management system. The inclusion of the Sichuan Provincial Government’s target management system over the past three years can be roughly divided into two stages of development. The first year is the first stage, which is the integration and improvement phase. This stage is first of all to strengthen the understanding of the target management, and learn from the successful management of target management of some units, and to implement the goal management in the hospital in a comprehensive manner, which has achieved great results. The second and third years are the second phase, that is, the development and standardization phase. The characteristics of this stage: First, the awareness of goals has been deepened at all levels of the leadership and staff in the hospital, and a kind of work has been formed.
