林阳,书法家,中国美协会员,第七、八届全国青联委员,中国美术出版总社总编辑。1958年出生于北京。1982年毕业于首都师范大学。1986年调入中国连环画出版社,先后在中国连环画出版社、中国美术出版总社任编辑室副主任、主任,《少年漫画》主编,朝花少年儿童出版社副总编辑,中国美术出版总社报刊社总编辑。2005年任中国美术出版总社副总编辑、编审。2012年起任中国美术出版总社总编辑。社会兼职为中国编辑学会美术编辑工作委员会副主任、中国版协美术工作委
