测定了“鱼血清”对 5种致病菌在营养肉汤中的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC )。结果表明 :“鱼血清”对多数菌的MIC在 0 .1 2 2~ 0 .2 4 4 μg/mL之间 ,说明该药对常见淡水鱼类病原菌有较强的抑制作用。对淡水鱼类细菌性败血症 2株致病菌的体内抗菌活性表明 :采用药浴用量为 3μg/mL ,先给药后感染 ,保护率为 1 0 0 0 %;先感染后给药 ,保护率分别为 60 0 %、83 3%,说明该药对两株菌具有良好的防治作用
