在邮总领导的直接关心下,江苏省邮电管理局、南京邮政局引进印刷品分拣机工程谈判小组于1994年8月11日～16日在京分别与德国AEG公司和法国APAS公司进行了第三轮技术和商务谈判,经过反复的论证,确定我国引进的第一台印刷品分拣机为德国AEG公司生产的1057型印刷品分拣机,并于8月18日晚与AEG公司正式签订了订货合同,南京邮政局史炳清局长在合同上签字,邮总林耕先付局长参加了签字仪式。
Directly under the leadership of the general postal leaders concerned, the Jiangsu Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration, Nanjing Post Office to introduce print sorting project negotiating team in August 11, 1994 to 16 in Beijing, respectively, with Germany AEG and France APAS company conducted the third round Technical and business negotiations, after repeated argument to determine the introduction of China’s first print sorter produced by the German company AEG 1057 Print Sorter, and on the evening of August 18 with AEG formally signed an order contract, Secretary for the Nanjing Post Shi Pingqing signed the contract, the postal chief Lin Xianxian to attend the signing ceremony.
