本研究表明,2%甲硝唑水溶液可透过离体裸鼠皮肤,2%氮酮水溶液和50%丙二醇溶液均可促进甲硝唑的透皮吸收。
This study showed that 2% metronidazole aqueous solution can promote metronidazole transdermal absorption through the skin of nude mice, 2% aqueous solution of azone and 50% propylene glycol solution.
