观察活血化瘀注射液 (HHI- I)对细胞因子诱发的体外培养大鼠肺微血管内皮细胞与白细胞粘附率的影响。结果表明肺微血管内皮细胞与含肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF- α)、(IL- 1β)培养基共同孵育后 ,可显著增加白细胞与内皮细胞的相互粘附作用 ,与正常对照组相比 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;在培养基中加入 HHI- I或 HHI- I含药血清后 ,则粘附率明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。提示抑制白细胞内皮细胞的过度粘附 ,是活血化瘀重要的作用机理之一
Observed the effect of HHI-I on the adhesion rate of rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells and white blood cells induced by cytokines in vitro. The results showed that the co-incubation of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells with tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) or IL-1β medium significantly increased the mutual adhesion between leukocytes and endothelial cells, which was significant compared with the normal control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); after adding HHI-I or HHI-I-containing serum to the culture medium, the adhesion rate was significantly reduced (P<0.01). It suggests that the inhibition of excessive adhesion of leukocyte endothelial cells is one of the important mechanisms of action of blood circulation.
