在冬期施工期间,安全、消防、用电等技术要求不同于常温时期的要求,有必要对所有职工进行冬期施工安全知识和消防知识的专门培训。施工中应随时注意天气变化,注意大风、雨雪天及寒流袭击对安全生产和施工质量所带来的影响。加强施工质量预控,把冬期施工期间自然灾害带来的影响,降到最低程度,确保冬期施工的工程质量。
