为了开发档案信息资源,提高科技档案的利用效益,我室编制了科学技术档案目录。该目录,在超级小型机王安VS—100上,采用DMS(数据管理系统),BASIC语言及COBOL语言等软件手段编制而成。从封面、前言、目录索引、档案类名、著录条目及整个页码的编制,全部实现计算机程序控制。目录汇编了教学、科学研究、科技外事、基本建设、出版物、仪器设备、国内外档案工作信息等7类档案,1913个数据(?)(其中案卷级条目1398个,案卷中分出著录的文件级条目515个)。共50余万字,绝大部分条目编有提要目录中的著录实行详细级次,著录项目选择了26项。其中,必选项7项,选择项16项,自
