作者通过20例闭塞性肺动脉高压超声心动图与心导管资料的对比研究,提出根据肺动脉瓣后叶曲线的a波振幅、收缩中期形态和右室前壁厚度可判断有无肺动脉高压,再利用回归方程估算肺动脉压力。
