通过对上海市体育社团基本状况的阐述,指出目前存在的主要问题,分析了产生问题的原因:体育社团工作理念更新滞后;管理体制的转型尚需有一个培育的过程;大多数协会的管理能力和综合实力比较欠缺;对体育社团管理人才队伍建设重视不够;推进体育社团实体化的工作还处于探索阶段。并提出推进上海市体育社团改革与发展的对策建议。
