某乡为了发展规模养殖，出台了一项新“规定”：对于年出栏生猪不足10头，年上市家禽不足500只的农户，乡里将收回其责任田。此“规定”一出台，全乡舆论哗然，农民顿感被断了生路。何故？失去了赖以养家糊口的耕地，还谈什么发展生产？这个“规定”看似表明了乡里发展规模养殖
In order to develop a large-scale farming in a certain township, a new “regulation” has been promulgated: for those farmers with less than 10 pigs slaughtered in a year and less than 500 poultry per year, the village will reclaim its responsibility. As soon as the “Provisions” came into force, the public opinion in the township was uproarious and the farmer felt a sudden break in his career. Why? Lost the cultivated land that feeds the family, what development to talk about? This “regulation” appears to indicate the development of large-scale farming in the village
