为进一步促进中俄音乐文化交流和完善人才培养合作机制,提升声乐、钢琴、小提琴艺术的演奏和教育水平,搭建更高规格的展示平台,从2016年起,盐城师范学院(中国)和莫斯科国立文化大学(俄罗斯)联合举办每年一届的“中俄杯”国际声乐、钢琴、小提琴大赛,比赛地点轮流在盐城和莫斯科。现将2016年6月在盐城举办的首届“中俄杯”国际声乐、钢琴、小提琴大赛有关事项通知如下:一、比赛宗旨培养国内外音乐家和音乐爱好者演唱、演奏兴趣,提升演唱和演奏水平,促进音乐人才的培养和音乐创作创新,扩大国际间音乐文化的交流和合作。
