目的探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法收集兰州大学第二医院糖尿病二科收治住院的T2DM患者120例,依据颈动脉彩色多普勒超声显像分为合并颈动脉粥样硬化组64例和非颈动脉粥样硬化组56例。另收集同期体检中心健康体检者60例为对照。收集患者临床资料,并使用ELISA法测定血清BDNF、VEGF浓度。结果健康对照组、非颈动脉粥样硬化组、合并颈动脉粥样硬化组血清BDNF水平[(9.97±2.59)、(6.88±3.10)、(5.62±3.41)ng/mL]逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组血清VEGF水平[(49.29±20.23)、(61.29±22.05)、(71.34±20.30)pg/mL]逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清BDNF水平降低、VEGF水平升高,提示血清低浓度BDNF及高浓度VEGF共同参与颈动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 120 patients with T2DM admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Lanzhou University were enrolled. According to the carotid color Doppler ultrasound imaging, there were 64 cases with carotid atherosclerosis and 56 cases with non-carotid atherosclerosis. Another collection of the same period physical examination center health examination of 60 patients as a control. The clinical data were collected and serum BDNF and VEGF concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of serum BDNF in the control group, non-carotid atherosclerosis group and carotid atherosclerosis group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(9.97 ± 2.59), (6.88 ± 3.10), (5.62 ± 3.41) ng / mL] (P <0.05). The levels of serum VEGF in the three groups increased gradually ([49.29 ± 20.23], (61.29 ± 22.05), (71.34 ± 20.30) pg / mL] . Conclusions Serum levels of BDNF and VEGF in patients with T2DM complicated with carotid atherosclerosis are lower than those in patients with carotid atherosclerosis, suggesting that low serum BDNF and high concentration of VEGF may participate in the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis.
