Adhering to the correct direction of public opinion and strengthening public opinion guidance are the fundamental requirements set by the central authorities for publicity and publicity work. In today’s information society, people relied on the news media to gain their knowledge of the outside world so as to form their own thoughts and opinions and guide their own actions. Therefore, whoever possesses the ability to control information resources and dissemination, who has the influence on people’s wishes and actions, has the power to influence the course of events and people’s decision-making.
