2003年3月,武警交通二总队党委决定,给在技术创新中做出突出贡献的五支队工程师陈金龙提前晋职晋衔,并号召全体官兵向他学习。陈金龙又在自己短暂的军旅生涯中写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。 1993年7月,陈金龙从济南交通高等专科学校毕业后到武警交通部队工作。10年来,他结合工作实践进行技术创新,取得多项创新成果,为部队创造了显著的经济效益。同时,他也在创新中升华了自己的人生价值。
In March 2003, the Armed Police Traffic and Transportation Corps Party Committee decided to give advanced promotion to Chen Jinlong, a fifth detachment engineer who made outstanding contributions in technological innovation, and urged all officers and soldiers to learn from him.
