教师专业化成为世界各国政府提升综合国力的成功策略,也是促进教师发展的首选途径。随着高等教育的大众化和高等职业教育的快速发展,社会对高等职业教育的质量和教师的质量要求空前提高,高职教师专业化问题越来越引起人们的重视。本文从教师专业化发展内涵入手,讨论了实现教师专业化发展的途径。
Teacher specialization has become a successful strategy for all governments in the world to enhance their overall national strength and is also the preferred way to promote the development of teachers. With the popularization of higher education and the rapid development of higher vocational education, the quality of higher vocational education and the quality requirements of teachers are unprecedentedly elevated in society, and the specialization of higher vocational teachers is attracting more and more attention. This article starts with the connotation of teachers’ professional development, and discusses the ways to realize the teacher’s professional development.
