科教兴国,离不开人才的培养;人才强国,更提出对人才的需求。而人才的培养,离不开教师。在我国的教师群体中,农村教师占据着相当大一部分比重,他们对我国的人才培养发挥着重要作用。因此,加快农村教师的成长,提高农村教师的素质是当前教育事业一个迫在眉睫的任务。联系农村支教多年的经验和实际情况,简要阐述了农村中学数学教师成长的案例和启示。
Rejuvenating the country through science and education can not do without the cultivation of qualified personnel. Talent cultivation, can not do without teachers. Among the teachers in our country, rural teachers occupy a large part of the proportion, they play an important role in our country’s personnel training. Therefore, to speed up the growth of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural teachers is an urgent task for education at present. In the light of years of experience and actual situation of rural education, this article briefly illustrates the cases and enlightenment of the growth of mathematics teachers in rural middle schools.
