谷城银城建筑安装工程公司始建于1987年8月,经过十年的艰苦奋斗,公司现已拥有职工220人,固定资产180万元,流动资金150万元,并拥有四个施工大队,一个予制品厂。1996年完成产值800万元,同年被谷城县人民政府、城建局授于“经济工作先进单位”、“质量管理先进单位”荣誉称号。我们的具体做法是:一、确立质量兴业方针。实践使我们体会到:只有依靠质量才能立足生存,只有依靠质量才能发展壮大,我们始终把质量兴业的方针具体落实到每个工程项目上。建一个工程,立一座丰碑。为此,公司建立健全了质量管理体系、质量激励机制,并教育全体员工树立工程
