这一年里有很多原因激发了我们对社会、艺术和体育之间关系的关注。2008年,北京举办奥运会,与此同时,西班牙发行量最大、并且在我国有着一定知名度的体育报纸《马卡报》也庆祝其建刊70周年。多种因素的巧合促使瓦伦西亚当代艺术研究所、瓦伦西亚现代艺术博物馆(IVAH)和北京伊比利亚当代艺术中心共同举办“世界纪录:当代艺术与体育”展览,希望为观众呈现一个深深植根于人类内心的奥林匹克运动和体育精神的展览,并且展示体育与艺术之间的关系。
There are many reasons this year that inspired our attention to the relationship between society, the arts and sports. In 2008, Beijing hosted the Olympic Games. In the meantime, Spain has the largest circulation and the sports newspaper Marca, which enjoys a certain reputation in our country, also celebrated the 70th anniversary of its publication. Coincidence of many factors prompted the Valencia Institute of Contemporary Art, the Museum of Modern Art Valencia (IVAH) and the Iberia Center for Contemporary Art to host the “World Record: Contemporary Art and Sport” exhibition in the hope of presenting to the audience An exhibition deeply rooted in the Olympic Movement and sportsmanship of the human heart and showing the relationship between sports and the arts.
