企业之间的竞争已经从传统的价值链之间的竞争发展到价值系统直至价值网络之间的竞争。本文主要对价值网络型企业竞争优势的来源进行分析研究,价值网络型企业内生性优势:核心知识与能力的整合;价值网络外生性优势:核心知识与能力的协同,旨在进一步探索更加适合的实现竞争优势的渠道。
The competition among enterprises has developed from the competition between traditional value chains to the value system and the competition between value networks. This paper mainly analyzes the source of the competitive advantage of value networked enterprises. The endogenous advantage of value networked enterprises: the integration of core knowledge and ability; the exogenous advantage of value network: the synergy of core knowledge and ability, and further exploration of more suitable Channel to achieve competitive advantage.
