目的观察日本血吸虫不同发育阶段的生长速度差异。方法采用清洁级昆明鼠,经人工感染日本血吸虫尾蚴,分别收集感染前0 d和感染后第8、12、16、20、24和28 d的虫体,用Motic BA400病理图像处理系统及3.2分析软件采集虫体图象,作形态观察和多指标测量。结果发育中的童虫在不同阶段生长速度不均衡,以8~12 d时生长最快,其他时段依次为12~16 d、16~20 d、20~24 d、0~8 d和24~28 d;同一阶段的虫体发育差异较大,尤其在12 d后。结论日本血吸虫童虫在不同发育时段的生长速度存在明显差异;8~12 d时虫体生长最快。
Objective To observe the difference of growth rate of Schistosoma japonicum at different developmental stages. Methods Clean-grade Kunming mice were used to infect Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. The parasites were harvested at 0 d before infection and 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 28 d after infection respectively. The motile BA400 pathological image processing system and 3.2 analysis Software acquisition of parasitic images for morphological observation and multi-index measurement. Results The growth of Schistosoma japonicum in different stages of growth was not uniform, with the fastest growth rate at 8-12 days, followed by 12-16 days, 16-20 days, 20-24 days, 0-8 days and 24 ~ 28 d; the same stage of development of large differences in parasites, especially after 12 d. Conclusion The growth rate of Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma japonicum at different developmental stages is obviously different. The growth of the parasites is fastest at 8-12 days.
