洋地黄应用于临床已有200多年历史,至今仍是治疗心力衰竭和某些心律失常极为有效的药物。近20余年来,由于同位素标记和放射免疫测定法对洋地黄的作用原理和代谢进程的深入研究,为临床用药提供了新的依据。
