随着经济全球化步伐的加快以及我国国力的持续增强和英语语言的变化,如何让我国的英语基础教学适应时代的步伐、符合国际的潮流,如何实现“轻负、高效、优质”的英语教学已经成为了目前我国英语基础教育所临的一个无法回避而又十分紧迫的难题。我们认为要解决这个难题,真正实现“减负不减质”的目标,作为教师、学生都必须拥有“积极的心态,良好的习惯,科学的方法”。
With the acceleration of the pace of economic globalization and the continuous enhancement of China’s national strength and the change of English language, how to adapt our basic English teaching to the times and accord with the international trend and how to achieve “light, efficient, high-quality” English teaching has become an unavoidable and very urgent problem facing our basic English education. We believe that to solve this difficult problem and really achieve the goal of “reducing the burden on health and reducing the burden on health,” students must all possess “a positive attitude, good habits and scientific methods” as their teachers.
