目的 探讨棘波分析地形图在癫痫定位诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择癫痫患者86例,其中65例为原发性癫痫,21例为继发性癫痫进行棘波分析地形图(S-BEAM)、EEG、BEAM检查。 结果 通过S-BEAM与EEG、BEAM、脑CT对比研究表明:S-BEAM定位与脑CT一致(P<0.01),但病灶范围比脑CT大,比BEAM小。此外地形图尚能动态显示痫灶的起源、扩展、传播过程。结论棘波分析地形图(S-BEAM)不仅同屏显示棘波及病灶,并能显著提高癫痫灶定位的准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of spike analysis topography in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods Eighty-six patients with epilepsy were selected, of whom 65 were epilepsy and 21 were secondary epilepsy with spike analysis topography (S-BEAM), EEG and BEAM. Results Comparisons of S-BEAM with EEG, BEAM and brain CT showed that the localization of S-BEAM was consistent with that of brain CT (P <0.01), but the extent of lesion was larger than brain CT and smaller than BEAM. In addition the topographic map can still dynamically show the origin of the epileptic foci, expansion, dissemination process. Conclusion Spike analysis topography (S-BEAM) is not only the same screen spikes and lesions, and can significantly improve the accuracy of epileptic foci positioning.
