一、油脂是人民生活中的必须品,是工业生产的重要原料。木本油料和草本油料是人们食用植物油的两大来源。我国是一个食用油标准较低的国家,目前每人每年仅平均食油3.5～4斤。我省食用植物油基本上是靠棉籽、油菜两大草本油料作物。自1971年以来,全省每年平均食油总产量是8000万斤左右,收购3100万斤,每年销售3600万斤,尚缺500万斤。随着我国社会主义建设的发展,人民对食用油的需求量会日益增加。每月3～4两油的标准,对于奔赴在新长征路上的二千七百万延安儿女来说,确实是很不适应的。因此,解
