采用超声溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法建立了发泡塑料制品中苯乙酮及甲酰胺含量的同时检测方法,萃取条件:以甲醇为萃取溶剂、超声重复三次萃取,每次30 min,经极性色谱柱分离质谱检测器分析。该方法在0.5~20mg/L内线性良好,检出限(甲酰胺3.5 mg/kg、苯乙酮1.6 mg/kg)、精密度及回收率满足要求。并应用该方法对20批次实际样品进行测定,甲酰胺检出15批次,苯乙酮检出15批次,二者同时检出12批次。
The simultaneous determination of acetophenone and formamide in foamed plastic products was established by using ultrasonic solvent extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The extraction conditions were as follows: methanol as the extraction solvent, ultrasonic extraction repeated three times, each time 30 min, Column separation mass spectrometry detector analysis. The method has a good linearity within 0.5 ~ 20mg / L, the detection limit (formamide 3.5 mg / kg, acetophenone 1.6 mg / kg), precision and recovery meet the requirements.
