为加速钻采机械装备技术的发展和新技术的开发应用,四川省石油学会钻采工艺及装备专业委员会于1989年1月13日至15日在自贡市川西南矿区召开了第四次钻采机械装备技术发展研讨会。参加会议的有从事钻采工作等方面的会员代表,特邀了石油天然气总公司装备部、北京油勘院机械所、标准化所,兰州石油化工机器厂、天津锻压机床厂研究所等22个单位的专家教授共88名代表,会议听取了四个课题的报告:
