针对水口水电站无序采沙活动相耦合导致河床明显下切、致使水口电站尾水位降低危及电站机组的安全运行,提出了增加电站下泄流量、修建反调节坝和修建尾水壅水堰三种尾水位病害治理措施,并从理论分析与模型试验验证了修建尾水壅水堰工程措施的可行性,投资省、见效快、不淹没移民、不破坏环境,是理想的病害治理措施。
In order to reduce the tail water level of Shuikou Hydropower Station, the water runoff of Shuikou hydropower station is obviously undercut and the tail water level of Shuikou Hydropower Station endangers the safe operation of power plant units.
