随着我国改革开放战略重点的转移，我国西部的进一步发展振兴必须立足于科技为先。大学民族预科教育必须立足于现实，加大教学体制改革，在充分体现党的民族政策的同时，为民族地区培养更多的合格人才。
With the transfer of the strategic focus of China’s reform and opening up, the further development and rejuvenation of western China must be based on science and technology first. National preparatory education must be based on the reality and increase the reform of the teaching system. While fully reflecting the party’s national policy, we should train more qualified personnel for the ethnic areas.
