津政办发[2012]114号有农业的区、县人民政府,有关委、局,有关单位:为深入贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好减轻农民负担工作的意见》(国办发[2012]22号),切实做好我市当前和今后一个时期农民负担监督管理工作,经市人民政府同意,现提出如下意见:
