现在煤矿采用的各种排水装置自动控制系统只能控制一定数量的机组。这里推荐的微型控制系统不受机组数量的限制。排水机组的注水是利用3ПН型注水泵。控制系统能监控水仓中的低水位(Н)、中水位(П)、高水位(В)和极限水位(А)。每台工作水泵的排水量利用装在吸水管中的РПН旗形继电器监控,轴承温度是用АКТ监控器或ТДЛ传感器监控。每个水泵机组的自控系统组合成单独的单元。水泵机组的工艺流程如图1所示。阀门1总是开着。水位达到В
