目的对从腹泻患者粪便中分离出的温和气单胞菌进行鉴定,并做毒素原性及致病性研究和建立药敏谱。方法碱性蛋白胨水增菌,接种碱性琼脂和TCBS平板分离培养,使用弧菌科细菌生化编码系统(第二代GYZ-9V系列)和API-20E生化编码系列对分离菌株进行鉴定,电子显微镜观察形态。毒素原性研究用溶血试验检测溶血素,小白鼠腹腔注射测定致病性,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果从587例腹泻患者粪便标本分离出9株温和气单胞菌,毒素原性检测具有溶血素,致病性测定,该菌株毒力较强。所做的18种抗生素药敏试验,对13种敏感,2中度敏感,3种耐药。结论云南战区部队驻地存在温和气单胞菌感染,毒力试验证实,该分离菌是具有较强毒力的菌株,能使小白鼠发病死亡。药敏试验为部队驻地治疗此菌感染时的临床用药提供重要参考。
Objective To identify Aeromonas sobria isolated from the stool of diarrhea patients and to study the toxinogenicity and pathogenicity and establish the drug susceptibility spectrum. Methods Isolation of alkaline peptone by water, inoculation of alkaline agar and isolation of TCBS plates were carried out. Vibrio bacteria biochemical coding system (second generation GYZ-9V series) and API-20E biochemical coding series were used to identify the isolates. Electron microscopy Observe the form. Toxinogenicity Hemolysis was used to detect hemolysin and pathogenicity was determined by intraperitoneal injection in mice. Drug susceptibility test was performed by disk diffusion method. Results A total of 9 strains of Aeromonas sobria isolated from stool samples of 587 diarrhea patients. The toxinogenicity was determined by hemolysin and the pathogenicity was tested. The strain was highly virulent. 18 kinds of antibiotics made by the sensitivity test, 13 kinds of sensitive, 2 moderately sensitive, three kinds of resistance. Conclusions The presence of Aeromonas sobria infection in the military units in the theater of war in Yunnan Province shows that the isolates are virulent strains that can cause the death of mice. Drug susceptibility test for the military unit resident treatment of the bacterial infection when the clinical medication provides an important reference.
