慢性泪囊炎是一种常见的外眼病,我院眼科自1976年以来采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术的治疗600多例,其优点在于可以根治慢性泪囊炎,而不留后遗症。笔者总结了多年来的临床经验,就一些关键步骤谈谈自己的体会。1 术前鼻粘膜的准备 将浸有2％地卡因,1％麻黄素滴鼻剂及少量肾上腺素的棉签插入中鼻道以达到收缩鼻腔粘膜和血管以及表面麻醉之目的,插入深度以鼻翼游离缘到内吡角的距离为插入棉签的长度,如能成功地完成此步骤,则有利于手术的顺利进行及视野的充分暴露,
