如何真正让数学课堂活跃起来,使课堂教学充满生机与活力,让学生在自主学习中发展能力提高素质,笔者结合近几年参与教改实验的实践,谈几点体会。“教师为主导、学生为主体”,早已被教育工作者所认同,但并未在课堂教学中得到真正的落实。教材是固定的,完成预定教学目标是教师与学生在课堂上的首要任务。教学进度是由教师安排的,教学内容也是教师课前准备好的,连所谓培养学生能力及创新意识的课间、课后的作业
