目的探讨应用薄层层析技术将牛胃内容物中大量的色素等杂质与机氯类农药林丹分离净化,方法应用毛细管柱气相色谱(ECD)及气相色谱质谱连用仪对牛胃内容物中有机氯农药林丹的进行测定。结论牛胃内容物样品中林丹经苯提取、薄层层析分离后,毛细管柱气相色谱(ECD)及气相色谱质谱连用仪测定,从牛胃内容物中检出了γ-六六六、α-666、δ-666。
