采用Te对亚共晶Al-7Si-0.3Mg合金进行了变质处理,考察了加入量、熔体保持时间以及重熔次数对合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Te对Al-7Si-0.3Mg合金中的共晶Si相具有良好的变质作用。考虑到成本因素,Te的最佳加入量为0.1%左右时,共晶Si绝大部分转化为颗粒状,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率为240.1MPa和4.2%,相比未变质合金分别提高了31.1%和133.3%。熔体保持6h或经重熔3次后,Te变质的效果基本保持不变,表明Te具有良好的抗变质衰退和重熔特性,是一种长效变质剂。
Te was used to modify the hypoeutectic Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloy. The effects of the addition amount, melt holding time and remelting number on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that Te has a good metamorphic Si phase in Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloy. Considering the cost factor, when the optimal addition of Te is about 0.1%, most of the eutectic Si is transformed into a granular form. The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are 240.1 MPa and 4.2%, respectively, compared with that of the unmodified alloy 31.1% and 133.3% respectively. After 6h melt or 3 times remelting, the effect of Te metamorphism remains basically unchanged, indicating that Te has a good anti-deterioration decay and remelting properties and is a long-term metamorphic agent.
