8月18日至24日,在美丽的太阳城拉萨市,《中外文化交流》2002年全国通讯员和特邀记者会议召开。文化部副部长潘震宙、外联局副局长蒲通、《中外文化交流》杂志社社长兼主编吕军以及西藏自治区副主席次仁卓嘎、西藏自治区文化厅党委书记王明星、文化厅副厅长罗布,以及来自26个省、市、区文化厅(局)的近50位代表与会。潘副部长在开幕式就《中外文化交流》的历史、现状、重任、走向、发展等方面,进行了比较全面的分析。现将其讲话摘要如下。题目为编者所加。
From August 18 to August 24, in the beautiful Sun City of Lhasa, the “National and Overseas Cultural Exchanges” was held in 2002 for the national correspondents and invited reporters. Pan Zhenzhou, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Pu Tong, Deputy Director of the Liaison Bureau, Lu Jun, Editor-in-Chief and Chief Editor of the “Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchanges” Magazine, and Renzhuo Tengga, Vice Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region; Wang Mingxing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region Department of Culture; Changluobu, as well as nearly 50 delegates from 26 provincial, municipal and district cultural departments (bureaus) attended the meeting. At the opening ceremony, Vice Minister Pan conducted a comparatively comprehensive analysis on the history, current situation, important tasks, trends and development of “Sino-foreign cultural exchanges.” The summary of his speech is as follows now.
