中国煤层气资源丰富,开发前景巨大。为促进中国煤层气开发,煤炭部煤层气信息中心和美国环保局合作完成了《中国煤层气开发前景联合报告》。该报告全面评价中国煤层气资源和开发选区,讨论煤层气开发技术发展趋势,并提出制订煤层气法规和政策建议。本文作者在本联合报告研究成果基础上提出了20条重要结论和建议,供我国有关方面在选择煤层气开发利用技术和政策时参考。
China is rich in coalbed methane resources and has a promising prospect of development. In order to promote CBM development in China, the CBM Information Center of the Ministry of Coal Mine and the US EPA jointly completed the Joint Report on the Prospects of CBM Development in China. The report comprehensively evaluates China’s CBM resources and development constituencies, discusses the development trend of CBM technology, and proposes the formulation of CBM regulations and policy recommendations. Based on the research results of this joint report, the authors put forward 20 important conclusions and suggestions for reference by our country in selecting technologies and policies for CBM development and utilization.
