中国铁建十六局集团五公司京昆项目部承担石家庄至冀晋界高速公路LJ-10合同段4.12公里施工任务,主要工程量有路基2.92公里、特大桥梁1座和服务区、主线收费站场地平整,合同投资5.26亿元,施工图投资4.9亿元,工期23个月。项目地处太行山东麓河北省井陉县境内,路基深挖高填、桥梁深桩高墩技术要求高、安全风险大,加上施工场地狭窄、工序交叉点多和征拆困难影响,总体工期控制
