经济学的一个重要的理论基础就是资源的有限性和人们欲望的无限性,经济学研究的一个重要任务就是要合理的分配稀缺的资源,使得这些资源能够得到合理的调度,为社会的繁荣发展和人们生活的需要做出应用的科学规划。现代经济学也就是对经济学的主要任务做出资源上的理性选择或科学决策的科学。此篇文章以新制度经济学为依据,对我国国有企业的产权问题进行了深入的思考,并试图寻找到国有企业产权改革的合理路径。
An important theoretical basis of economics is the limited resources and the infinite desire of people.
