列宁关于“艺术属于人民”的思想主要包含三个方面内容:一是文化事业必须坚持无产阶级政党的领导和“永远把工农放在眼前”;二是“为了使艺术可以接近人民,人民可以接近艺术,就必须首先提高教育和文化的一般水平”;三是文艺必须克服“效仿西方典型的矫揉造作的文化的时髦形式”。深入挖掘列宁关于“艺术属于人民”的思想,对于当前我国推进社会主义文化强国建设具有启示意义。
