辽宁锦山机械厂始建于1970年,占地面积464万平方米,现有职工3469人,是中国兵器工业集团公司大型军民结合型企业。回首近30年来的发展变化过程,锦机厂能从低谷中跋涉而出,能够自己掌握自己的命运,其中不仅取决于厂领导班子决策的正确和众志成城的智慧,而且凝聚着广大党员、干部、职工群众的无私奉献和昂扬拼搏。实践告诉我们:工厂在改革发展和经济建设中,职业道德建设缺一不可,是立企之本、兴企之道。
