洛南水厂是洛阳市目前供水能力最大的地下水水厂,日设计供水能力13万m~3,实际最高日供水能力曾达16.7万m~3。水厂设东、西两个送水泵房、各安装7台10sh—6型水泵,配JS 115—4、380v135Kw电机。每年在供水高峰时管网压力明显下降,使送水水泵出水量剧增,导致电机超负荷,为了使电机在额定负荷下工作,只有将水泵出水
Luonan Water Plant is the largest underground water plant in Luoyang City. Its daily designed water supply capacity is 130,000 m3, and the actual highest daily water supply capacity has reached 167,000 m3. The water plant is equipped with two water pumping rooms in the east and west, each installed with 7 sets of 10sh-6 water pumps and equipped with JS 115-4, 380v135Kw motors. Every year at the peak of water supply, the pressure of the pipe network drops significantly, causing the water supply pump to increase the amount of water outflow, causing the motor to be overloaded. In order to make the motor work under the rated load, only the pump will be pumped out of the water.
